1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of MHZ SYSTEM SOLUTION, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Description

We provide custom IT solutions including but not limited to:

  • Software development and customization
  • IT consulting and support
  • System integration services
  • Technical training and workshops

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • 50% deposit required upon project initiation
  • Remaining balance due upon project completion
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • All prices are subject to applicable taxes

4. Project Timeline and Deliverables

Project timelines and deliverables will be specified in individual project agreements. We commit to:

  • Meeting agreed-upon deadlines
  • Providing regular progress updates
  • Delivering quality work products
  • Addressing feedback and revisions promptly

5. Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights are governed as follows:

  • Custom developed solutions become client property upon full payment
  • Third-party components remain under their respective licenses
  • We retain rights to reusable code libraries and frameworks

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • Client business information and data
  • Project specifications and requirements
  • Proprietary systems and processes
  • Any other sensitive information shared during engagement

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Data loss or system downtime
  • Third-party service failures
  • Force majeure events

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client pays for work completed to date
  • We deliver all completed work products
  • Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
