Important Note

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Completed work that meets agreed specifications
  • Services that have been delivered and accepted by the client
  • Change of mind or business circumstances
  • Third-party software licenses or components

How to Request a Refund

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial work has been completed:

  • Client pays for work completed to date
  • Refund amount equals unused portion of payment
  • Processing fees may apply (typically 3-5% of refund amount)
  • All completed work products remain with the client

6. Cancellation Policy

Project cancellation terms:

  • Before Work Begins: Full refund minus processing fees
  • During Development: Client pays for work completed, refund for remaining work
  • Near Completion: No refund, full payment required
  • Written Notice Required: 30 days advance notice for cancellation

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  • Request a review by senior management
  • Provide additional documentation or evidence
  • Consider mediation services if needed
  • Legal action as last resort (subject to governing law)

8. Processing Time and Methods

Refund processing details:

  • Processing Time: 14 business days from approval
  • Payment Method: Same method used for original payment
  • Bank Transfers: 3-5 additional business days
  • Processing Fees: May apply depending on payment method
